I specialize in working with adults navigating addiction, recovery, trauma, identity, anxiety, and relationship dynamics. I’m particularly passionate about supporting folks who’ve felt out of place in traditional therapy spaces—people of color, those in recovery, neurodivergent folks, and those carrying complex life experiences.

Fees & Payment Options
At Emberglow Counseling and Wellness, I believe in offering high-quality, culturally-responsive care in a way that’s sustainable—for you and for me.
Standard session fee: $200 (50-minute session)
Sliding scale: A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, let's talk.
Insurance: I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
